ICT Sourcing (ICTS) publishes web sites under a number of domain names including ictsourcing.com.au. This document sets out ICTS's information gathering and dissemination policy for all web sites published by ICTS. Information collection and usage

Two types of information may be gathered by ICTS when you access our web sites:

• Anonymous information gathered by our equipment automatically
Personal information offered interactively by you

Anonymous Information

This information is collected automatically by many systems on the Internet and comprises:

• the type of browser being used
• the date and time of the access
• the domain name where the access originates
• the referring site
• the IP address of the machine accessing our web site
• the pages or files accessed on our web server

Note: We do not automatically collect email addresses for people accessing our web sites. We use anonymous information to assist us with improving services, for security management and may aggregate and share this information, however no personal information is ever communicated to third parties as a part of this process.

Personal Information

From time to time we may request and you may elect to provide, personal information through our web sites, including your name, email or residential address, credit card number or telephone contact details, employment history or other personal details. We will not use or share the personally identifiable information you provide to us with any third party or disclose this information to other organisations unless required to do so by law. If ICTS sells part of its business, personal information may be part of the assets transferred to the purchaser.

Cookies

From time to time we may use an electronic token known as a cookie to identify your computer to our server during a session or between visits (the cookie persists and is recognised by the server the next time you access the site). Cookies do not allow us to identify you personally, however if you prefer not to accept cookies your browser can be configured so that this function is disabled. Data Security

To prevent unauthorised access and secure the information we collect online, we have put in place safeguards including firewalls, password access and where appropriate, data encryption.

Links to external sites

This site contains links to external web sites and services which are beyond the control of ICTS. In general (but not always) external sites and services will open in a new browser window rather than within the ICTS web site. Before disclosing your personal information on web sites linked from our sites we advise you to ensure you are familiar with the privacy policy and terms of use of the external web site.
