RWS allows us to provide our services to organisations globally, but is also ideal for short term and ad-hoc consulting assignments where direct physical interaction is not required.

For communicating sensitive information with clients we use Neomailbox, a highly secure email system with servers based in Switzerland. (Note: Neomailbox subscription is required).

Secure video conferencing is available using Vsee. This service also provides access to screen and application sharing between ICTS and clients

In some cases RWS can provide a cost effective alternative to on-site consulting services. We do not however recommend RWS for extremely sensitive or high profile projects.
